We went all the way to Jupiter for our annual summer party, lucky for us this meant a trip to Jupiter Artland on the outskirts of Edinburgh, so no light years were lost.

Having been greeted with a prosecco van, we all enjoyed a wee drink in the sun (with the resident peacock for company) before cracking on with some activities. Our official party planner, Rosie, always has a trick up her sleeve and she really didn't disappoint this year with The Big Photo Challenge. We covered a lot of ground as we set off in teams to follow a map round the sculptures and capture a series of snaps – human pyramid, album covers, fight scenes, 'upside down' and classic Disney moments to name but a few. Uploading them to our own team instagrams as we went proved tricky with no signal but we got there in the end!

The sun shone all evening as we drank mojitos and milled about before sitting down to dinner and hosting the inaugural Whitespace Awards. We capped off the night with marshmallows round the fire pit and dancing in the marquee. The evening was over way too soon as we disappeared off into the night and returned to Edinburgh.

Huge thanks to Luci and all the team at Jupiter Artland, and to Barry at Cater Edinburgh for looking after us so well. And Whitespacers, as ever, well partied. Can always count on this lot for a good night.
