Over the past two days, members of Whitespace's Digital Media Production team (who are a savvy bunch of UX, content management, QA and project delivery specialists) have been in attendance at the third UX Scotland conference, held here in Edinburgh at Dynamic Earth.

Over the two days, the DMPs heard from a huge range of speakers, including people from Facebook, Skyscanner, Scott Logic, Disqus, Standard Life, User Vision and Blinkbox.

The sessions covered everything from how to build an astracted user interface for energy traders to the social change that good design can make in the world. Along the way, the team also got to try out some innovative new tools on offer from Facebook and had the chance to bask in some lucky sunshine on the back terrace of Dynamic Earth.

If you're a UX professional in Scotland, we thoroughly recommend you head along to this conference - maybe we'll see you there next year.
